2. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this 14-day period. Once you notify us, you must send the item back within a further 14 days.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it,
- returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories where possible,
- not damaged due to misuse, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or improper return packaging.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for certain items where permitted by law, including:
- personalised or custom-made products,
- sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened,
- perishable goods,
- any item returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale due to customer handling or damage.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this Returns Policy. If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where applicable.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. If you selected a premium delivery option, we are only required to refund the standard delivery cost.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
